SPECIAL NOTE: Please complete all sections of this application. Incomplete applications will not be processed. This application requests artist level membership in the CAG (CERAMIC ARTIST GUILD). Upon receipt of application you will immediately be given journeyman craftsman status until your application is reviewed and approved for artist level. Our database is solely for the use of CAG and will not be sold or given to any outside company or source. CAG is the only one who will contact you by e-mail with information that helps to promote the betterment of the ceramic industry. ARTIST level membership is $20 a year, $50 for a five year membership. There are many additional benefits to the artist level (artist benefits). You may change your membership status at any time you change your involvement level in ceramics. You will be invoiced for your Artist membership via a secure third party (PAYPAL)
