SPECIAL NOTE: Please complete all sections of this application. Incomplete applications will not be processed. This application requests merchant level membership in the CAG (CERAMIC ARTIST GUILD). Upon reciept of application the contact person will immediately be given journeyman craftsman status until your application is reviewed and approved for merchant level. Our database is solely for the use of CAG and will not be sold or given to any outside company or source. CAG is the only one who will contact you by e-mail with information that helps to promote the betterment of the ceramic industry. MERCHANT-Stockist level membership is $25 a year, MERCHANT-Manufacturer level is $50 a year. There are many additional benefits to the merchant level (merchant benefits). You will be invoiced for your Merchant membership via a secure third party (PAYPAL).
