William Lyon's Biography Continued. . .
After a few years of painting lead miniatures for role playing games, I moved to Columbus, Ohio and began working at my 9-5 job.  One of the ladies that I met told me about a few other ceramics shops around town and I went to one and six months later I was certified in Gare.  Mayco, Duncan, and Doc Holliday soon followed.  I am still working at obtaining my 100 class pin from Duncan (I have just passed 75).

I taught in my home for over 15 years and have taught at a nursing home for over 10 years.  The nursing home was the hardest job to give up, but I opened a storefront in 2001.
